Work Set-Up: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote every week Shift: Mondays to Fridays, 5am to 2pm Position Overview: The Senior Project Lead is responsible for leading large or complex projects from detailed modeling through IFC delivery. This role ensures adherence to quality, program compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination. The Senior Team Lead manages multiple projects concurrently, drives technical excellence, and mentors team members to deliver successful outcomes. Role Focus & Accountability: Primary Focus: Project delivery and coordination of large/complex projects Project Involvement: Large-scale and complex projects Key Accountability: IFC delivery, QA compliance, and stakeholder coordination Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring timely IFC submission and quality standards Review design documentation and handover packages for accuracy and completeness Model precast geometry, assemblies, and groupings at LOD 300 Detail reinforcement and fitments at LOD 350; maintain MP, ME, PP, DP, TP, and CP documentation; conduct QA for IFA Review and coordinate revisions for IFC issuance at LOD 400 Coordinate effectively with consultants, builders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment Prepare and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) proactively Maintain all documentation (Revit model and plans) current and approved Manage document control within internal systems and FTP platforms Monitor program schedules, deliverables, and quality compliance across multiple projects Manage multiple large or complex projects concurrently Produce mould drawings as required Required Skills & Competency: Technical & BIM Skills: Advanced proficiency in
