- Motivate and form new groups. (clients/members)
- Providing loans to members to help them start or expand their businesses.
- Manage loan disbursements, collections, documentations, and weekly center meetings.
- Implement Orientation
- Maintain good relationship with clients (new & existing)

✳️Qualifications:
- At-least college level
- With at-least 1 year of experience in field marketing
- Familiarity with assigned areas
- Excellent coordinating and communication skills
