Job Responsibilities
- Risk Identification: Identify potential risks that could adversely impact the organization's objectives , operations, and stakeholders.
- Risk Assessment: Assess the likelihood and potential impact of identified risks, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors.
- Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize the probability and impact of identified risks.
- Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and controls and adjust them as necessary to address evolving risks.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies related to risk management.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present risk reports and analyses to senior management, board of directors, and other stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans and protocols to respond effectively to unexpected events and emergencies.
- Insurance Management: Manage the organization's insurance portfolio, including identifying appropriate insurance coverage, negotiating terms and premiums, and filing claims when necessary.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, regulators, and other stakeholders to proactively manage risks and promote a culture of risk awareness and responsibility.
- Training and Education: Provide training and educational programs to employees on risk management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business administration, or a related field ( master's degree preferred).
- Professional certification in risk management (e.g., Certified Risk Manager, Financial Risk Manager) is desirable.
- With 3 to 5 years of e xperience in risk management, preferably in a corporate and related field of gaming
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
