NCR Voyix is seeking for a highly motivated Sr. Business Intelligence Developer who is experienced in developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions and projects. In this role, you are expected to collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the NCR Voyix to develop and deliver end-to-end dashboard and analytics solutions to enable business insights and decisions. He/she will be the subject matter expert in creating interactive visualizations and automated reporting to support shared business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools available including and not limited to Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and other custom Microsoft based reporting solutions.
• Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, produce data samples/prototypes and produce ad hoc reports. Obtain and analyze data by accessing multiple sources, including Databricks, Azure and other data warehouses. Demonstrate strong SQL skills to enable agile data analysis and data preparation for front end BI implementation.
• Evaluate and utilize appropriate BI tools available to streamline report generation and provide speed to business leader decision making, including self–serving tools that enable users to analyze data through many business dimensions with visibility to granular and historical data.
• Modify / improve existing reports/dashboards as directed by the business.
• Evaluate and plan activities to implement automation of manual data extracts and other manual activities supporting any reporting currently supported by the BI team.
• Create all required documentation on all projects using pre-defined templates and keep documentation up to date on any existing report changes and facilitate training & roll out of new tools.
• Respond and resolve all feedback (all priorities) within the set thresholds (business days)
• Create training and internal QA/UAT documentation, perform quality assurance and ongoing monitoring of current reports and data for accuracy and usage.
• Collaborate with other BI Analysts/Developers in the team for improved project execution process, data availability within existing reporting systems, and leverage and coordinate overlapping data requests/reports. Share best practices and make recommendations to business.
• Work effectively with stakeholders at different levels in the organization.
• Organize, prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Flexible approach to managing monthly workload peaks to ensure commitments are met recognizing different region time zones when working within a global team.
• Experience performing a business analyst role, preferably with some project management is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree Holder in any aspects
• 6+ years of experience as a BI/ Business Analyst /Data Analyst/ IT experience
• 2+ years of experience and expertise in PowerBI driven dashboard/analytics design, development and implementation
• Bachelor's degree within a technical/ business related field or equivalent experience
• Knowledgeable in SQL, Databricks, MS Power App, MS Power Automate, Sharepoint
• Experience in architecting, designing, developing BI and other analytical, reporting solutions using standard BI tools is a plus
• Experience performing a business analyst role, preferably with some project management is an advantage.
• Experience in working with several groups of data and users simultaneously.

Shift Schedule: (MidShift 1PM-10PM) but can be flexible depending on the projects/meetings.
