Job Title: Offshore Recruiter (Philippines-Based)

Location: Remote – Philippines

Schedule: U.S. Business Hours (Eastern Time Zone)

We're hiring an Offshore Recruiter to join our remote team supporting U.S.-based hiring efforts. In this role, you'll help source, screen, and engage candidates for roles across the U.S., working closely with our onshore recruiting team to match top talent with client needs.

What You'll Do

• Source and identify candidates for roles across engineering, IT, and professional sectors
• Review resumes and assess qualifications based on job descriptions
• Conduct initial phone or video screens with candidates
• Maintain candidate records in our ATS and track progress
• Coordinate with U.S.-based recruiters and account managers to match candidates to open jobs
• Communicate updates to candidates and support them through the interview process

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of recruiting, sourcing, or staffing agency experience
• Strong English communication skills—both spoken and written
• Comfortable working U.S. daytime hours (Eastern time zone)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms preferred
• Tech-savvy and able to work independently in a remote setup
