As the Sales Manager for Customer Retention at Seller's Hub, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our loyal customers, driving repeat business, and contributing to our mission of transforming lives.
This role is focused on achieving monthly net income targets by driving sales through repeat customers. The Sales Manager for Customer Retention will work six days a week, dedicating eight hours per day to implementing strategies that nurture existing customer relationships, foster loyalty, and ensure consistent revenue from repeat buyers.
Core Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Create processes to conduct regular monthly or bi-monthly follow-ups with existing customers to maintain engagement and encourage repeat purchases.
- Implement and optimize retargeting ad campaigns on Facebook aimed at past customers.
- Ensuring frequent broadcasts to customers about promotions and product updates.
- Monitoring of regular posting of customer testimonials to highlight loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to design and implement customer loyalty programs, including:
- Loyalty cards
- Freebies for frequent buyers
- Product ambassador initiatives
- Special discounts for high-value repeat customers
- Knowledge of creating physical triggers (e.g., coupons on initial purchases) to inspire repeat buying behavior.
