Responsibilities
- Generates sales volume through account solicitation and marketing of housing loan products with the assigned channel.
- Achieves the monthly and annual sales volume target as directed by the management
- Collaborates with the assigned sales channel to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
- Monitors loan documentary deficiencies and PDO/NPL to ensure that they are within acceptable level.
- Solicits accounts and markets products and promos to attain business goals.
- Endeavors to be competent financial advisors to clients and loan partners and ensures delivery of excellent customer service all throughout the client's housing loan journey with the Bank
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Business, Banking or Finance
- Knowledge and solid understanding of lending products and practices
- Good interpersonal relationship.
- Excellent communication skills with good analytical & presentation skills.
- Good Time Management Skills
- Excellent Selling Skills
