We are looking for a highly driven and compassionate Head Company Nurse to lead our medical and wellness initiatives across GBF and EXXA sites. This leadership role involves night shift coverage, overseeing ensuring round-the-clock healthcare support for our operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and will play a key role in shaping a proactive, wellness-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of company nurses across Exxa and GBF, ensuring seamless medical support for all shifts.
  • Serve as the primary health officer for night shift operations, providing real-time support for escalations, emergencies, or critical health concerns.
  • Create and enforce standardized health protocols across all sites in compliance with DOLE, DOH, and company standards.
  • Oversee health monitoring, incident reporting, and medical record management for multi-site operations.
  • Coordinate with local clinics, hospitals, and HMO providers in different site regions.
  • Implement night shift-specific health and wellness programs to address common issues (e.g., sleep hygiene, fatigue, stress management)
  • Handle return-to-work assessments and manage clearance processes for employee's post-illness or extended leave.
  • Develop contingency plans for site-level medical emergencies, outbreaks, or environmental risks.
  • Maintain clinic inventory and budget planning for multiple locations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with active PRC license.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Company Nurse, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-site role, preferably in a BPO/outsourcing setup.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health standards, labor laws, and emergency protocols.
  • Must be amenable to night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Willing to travel across sites or conduct remote management when required.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage a dispersed nursing team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
  • Experience handling COVID-19 protocols and pandemic-related site safety compliance.
  • Familiarity with telemedicine platforms or digital health record systems.
  • Background in mental health advocacy or wellness coaching is a plus
