Human Resources Administrative Assistant

About the Role:
We're looking for an HR Admin Assistant to support daily HR operations, manage employee records, coordinate internal activities, and serve as a bridge between management and staff. You'll help create policies, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth communication across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare employee contracts, NDAs, and payroll.
- Maintain HR files, leave records, and company documents.
- Assist with government and employee benefits (SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth, Taxes).
- Administer health benefits (HMO).
- Draft HR letters, contracts, and internal communications.
- Plan and organize company events and team-building activities.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
- 1+ year experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
