Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company database using Zoho software.
- Enter data from various digital sources (emails, online forms, shared drives) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and document sharing using cloud-based tools.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Willing to work graveyard shift.
- Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
- Comfortable with cloud-based applications and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discreet, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
- Experience working with a CEO or senior management is a plus but not mandatory.
