Senior Analyst, leading and supervising multiple GO&T projects, including cost savings, new processes, and tools to manufacturing capability enablement. This is a very dynamic and multifaceted role.
Educational Background: College Graduate, preferably Industrial Engineering or Business-related courses.
Experience: With a minimum of 10 years in Supply Chain functions and a deep understanding of planning systems, tools, procedures, and processes. Background in backlog or product management is an advantage.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Ensuring projects are well-organized and on track.
- Defining Critical Key Players: Identifying and involving essential stakeholders.
- Data Gathering: Collecting necessary data to inform project decisions.
- Documentation: Keeping thorough records of project progress and outcomes.
- Designing TO BE Processes or Tools: Working closely with SMEs and Business Process Owners to develop future-state processes or tools.
- Communicating Project Status: Keeping stakeholders and the management team informed about project progress.
- Leading Training: Conducting training sessions for the affected organization to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or tools.
- Tracking Implementation: Monitoring the implementation phase to ensure everything is proceeding as planned.
- Closing Out Projects: Ensuring all project objectives are met and formally closing out projects.
- Leading and Training of new hire Analyst
- Ensure that the company's commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
- Be aware of the company's quality and environmental policies.
Knowledge, skill and abilities:
- Must be knowledgeable of various Planning system/tool, efficient of various computer/system applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-driven and is a team player.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
