Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor product quality and identify any abnormalities during operations. Implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Collect and consolidate data from log sheets and prepare shift reports to inform the plant management team about production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies on environmental, health, and safety standards to align with government regulations, maintain accident-free operations, and achieve plant safety objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience as a control room operator in mining, manufacturing, production, or an equivalent industry.
• Knowledge of maintenance is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to Akle, San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
