We are one of the major distributors of consumer goods all over Negros region and Central Visayas. We have dedicated our resource, market and distribute to our valued partners like supermarkets, Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs), bakeries both from wholesale and retail markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and implement learning modules tailored to organizational needs.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials (e.g., e-learning modules, presentations, workbooks, etc.).
• Assess training needs by collaborating with management and employees to identify skill gaps.
• Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and relevant.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
• Continuously update training materials to keep them relevant and aligned with industry best practices.
• Maintain records of employee participation and training outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Education
• At least 2 years of experience in Training , operations or human resources or 1 year teaching experience
• Proven experience in designing and creating learning modules (e.g., e-learning, classroom materials).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt content to various learning platforms and styles.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• A degree or certification in education, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
