1. Arrange venues and schedules for meetings between all of the individuals who will be contributing to a tasks.
2. Present progress and results of tasks to management and other interested parties in person or in digital format.
3. Coordinate company projects and activities (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
4. Provide clerical and administrative support.
5. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
6. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
7. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
8. Assist recruiters to source candidates and updating the database.
9. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
10. Collecting and analyzing feedback from clients, customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success.
11. Establish contact lists of collaborators and update information periodically.
12. Perform other relevant duties as required.
