Position: Customer Service Office

I.                   JOB SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Head, the Customer Service Officer is responsible in fostering customer confidence in the company's ability to meet their requirements with efficiency, effectiveness and dispatch in order to achieve customer satisfaction in all aspects that is important to the customer.

 

II.                 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Ensure coordination of activities and adequate information exchange within Ionics and to customer.

2. Ensures customer care and focus.

3. Maintains Action Items Lists, monitors and follows-up implementation

3.1 Contract completion, dissemination and implementation of key provisions.

 3.2 Commercial issues status related to Contract implementation

3.3 Customer issues affecting company's service performance

4. Ensures that a joint review of shared expectation with the customer is done at regular intervals. Tracking of action items agreed during meetings with customer shall be maintained by the Customer Service Officer and reported periodically.

 

In case of absence:

The Customer Service Head will take over the responsibility.
