This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager, located in Ilagan. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Proficiency with HR software and management systems
• Experience in training and development is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
