Place of Assignment: (North Luzon)

Job Qualifications:

  • 5 years or more sales experience with at least 3 years spent in GT.
  • Experience in handling a team of professionals.
  • Strong competencies with PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are required.
  • Must have strong execution excellence, results orientation, relationship management and can communicate with enthusiasm and impact

Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate business plans assigned geographical territory aligned with regional and national objectives.
  • Allocates targets and trade investment to assigned BDMs
  • Conducts field work and coaching to BDMs
  • Aligns with Merchandising agency and coordinators on merchandising strategy and directions
  • Reviews Business Plans for quarterly and annually of BDMs for their respective CORDs
  • Checks RWER, sales activity reports, monthly sales estimates of BDMs
  • Manages Accounts Receivable of assigned district
  • Cascades national and regional directions and strategies to assigned BDMs
  • Coordinates with other departments (Credit & Collection, Logistics) to ensure smooth and continuous CORD – servicing
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and achieve assigned reach, calls/day and productive calls targets, aligned with national objectives.
  • Ensure consistency availability of priority SKU's in identified channels
  • Implementation of an optimal distributor coverage plan.
