Job Description
Will be responsible for payments such as BIR, Utility Bills (Water, electric, globe, PLDT and Smart), Credit cards.
Collecting and delivering cheques / documents per assigned business.
Process Tax Decalration and Tax Clearcance.
Process Real Property Tax.
Payment of transfer tax for transfer of ownership.
Statement of account computation for Real Estate Property per site.
Building Permits processing.
Will be responsible for bank related transaction.
