Your Role:

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, embrace an Agile mindset, and contribute to our DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reliable, high-performance backend applications.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Work within an Agile and DevOps environment, collaborating with diverse teams.
• Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in technical interviews.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously enhance your technical expertise.

What We Look For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java 8 or higher (Java 11+ preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development.
• Experience with code versioning tools (preferably Git).
• Competence in Test Automation (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with database technologies (SQL, JPA, Hibernate, etc.).
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Containerization, and Orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps preferred) and build tools (Maven).
• A strong Agile mindset and experience working in Agile teams.
