The Order Management Planner is responsible for coordinating the efficient
allocation and fulfillment of orders, ensuring seamless communication between supply planning,
warehousing, and mid-mile. This role plays a critical part in maintaining optimal inventory levels, timely delivery, and effective transportation planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the allocation of orders from supply planners, utilizing central hub inventory to
distribute stock efficiently to micro-fulfillment centers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and middle-mile teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and
on-time delivery.
• Maximize truck utilization by planning loads that fully use truck capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply team to maintain product
availability and minimize stockouts.
• Generate and analyze reports related to order processing, fulfillment status, and truck
planning efficiency.
• Ensure optimal truck utilization by maximizing load capacity during planning.
• Verify availability of co-load items, including assets and other materials, to support
accurate and complete shipments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to order flow, inventory accuracy, and
mid-mile efficiency.
