SIRVA is now seeking for a Business Support Coordinator to support our international clientele based out the Philippines.
This role requires flexibility to shift times and offers a hybrid working model with work from home available.

Position Summary
The Commercial Business Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial Moving Account Project Management team. This person will maintain the Commercial Moving systems database, manage a high volume of shipping tasks, and assist with basic reporting needs. This person will work closely with clients, technicians, and SIRVA management
Job Responsibilities
Systems Administration
- Update and maintain part and order catalogs, client and agent profiles, client routing guides, location and/or price change
- Update storage locations and packing appointments for Home Shipping Programs
- Act as first level App support for agents and suppliers
- Create and monitor shipments including creating shipping labels, unlocking orders, and checking status in the portal.
- Provide support for international shipments for projects including troubleshooting
- Manage standardized tasks for projects, where applicable and as assigned
- Convert Excel files into standard formats to prepare for import
- Audit reports for accuracy and update as needed
- Identify areas for efficiency and process improvement through automation
- 1-2 years Business Services/ Commercial, Administration experience preferred.
- With experience in the same industry is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel skills & experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
