Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure right time execution for the functional instructions to maintain network KPI/technical target.
• Plan and ensure intra department coordination, oversee analyzes and review of the action in set time line.
• Manage day to day operation of Active and Passive equipment corrective and preventive maintenance within agreed SLA and KPI.
• Manage any types of data and keep documentation with analysis.
• Support operational activities under various projects in region.
• Manage documentation process of various activities and equipment.
• OPEX and budget control.
• Efficient and quality work delivery.
• Ensure 24X7 support service.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 9/18 years of experience (as per position) in the Telecom Active and passive field.
• Minimum experience in managing 800/1200+ sites.
• Strong knowledge on KPI/SLA/MTTR, LD Calculation.
• Team handling capability.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum age 30 to 45 Years.
• Sound knowledge in Excel.
• Coordinate in OPEX & CAPEX utilization.
• Spontaneous & strong leadership and teamwork.
• Good report writing, presentation skills, and communication skills.
• Stress management capability.
• Strong personality, hardworking, smart & honest.

Educational Requirements:

B.Sc. Engineer in EEE/CSE/ETE/ECE/Applied Physics & Electronic Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
