Guerilla 360 Integrated Solutions is looking for a Professional Services Implementer for Monday.com to help clients maximize the full potential of our enterprise software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting customers, ensuring they can fully leverage the platform's features to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee client onboarding, professional services, and consulting projects from end to end.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure a successful implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement efficient workflows within monday.com, ensuring clear end-user training plans.
• Align customer goals and challenges with the capabilities of monday.com to drive adoption and success.
• Conduct online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one product demos to educate customers on key features.
• Develop training materials and project management resources tailored to enterprise customers.
• Create and execute client success and onboarding plans for a seamless experience.
• Scope and manage complex projects to set the foundation for smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities for expanded use of the platform within client organizations.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience in understanding client needs and implementing technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled at asking the right questions to fully grasp client workflows and challenges.
• Willingness to learn and undergo training on new software.
• Preferred - Business Analyst background and Experience using monday.com
