Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the Mechanical Engineering Department during all stages of project design and development.
Guide the Mechanical design team to ensure strict adherence to approved conceptualized designs and ensuring completeness, constructability and code compliance
Work closely with project teams and Project Managers to meet project deadlines Review and coordinate with other disciplines (structural, architectural, landscape, civil-external) Provide technical and administrative support to throughout the project phases
Requirements:
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
At least 10 years progressive work experience, a minimum of 5 years as Operations Manager / Lead Engineer in MEP design / services coordination, related work in a Industrial / Refrigeration / Construction firm
Well-developed working knowledge of MEPF Services and Systems design;
Working knowledge on various Building Codes and Standards
Proficiency in Autocad
Experience in industrial and refrigeration / cold storage projects is a distinct advantage.
Salary range depending on skills and experience
Can start asap, willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
