Job Description
Handle end-to-end customer servicing through use of all available channels of communications (phone, email, fax, chat, etc.). You are expected to address all inquiries, requests, and/or complaints lodged by prospective and/or existing bank clients.
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Good in handling client calls
- Capable of multitasking and effective time management
- Knowledge in bank operations and/or call center is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City/Ortigas
- Willing for a SHIFTING SCHEDULE
