Job Summary
Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for the organization's branding and marketing. This position is someone who can envision and implement creative ideas, identify and take advantage of key marketing opportunities in the trade area, and work with store operations towards long-term success.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Trade Marketing – ensures that awareness is generated for the brand, stores, and products in the trade area;
- Brand Management – directly involved in the creation, documentation, and protection of brands' assets for the brand;
- Brand Communications – ensures all communications made for the brand are written in line with brands' personality and image.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Marketing Business administration, Advertising or relevant field.
- With at least 1- 2 years related working experience;
- Experience working in fast-food chains or restaurants will be an advantage.
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to speed with current online marketing techniques and best practices
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with customer-oriented approach
- Must be willing to do field work
