What You'll Be Doing
- As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you'll help clients unlock the full potential of their data. You'll design dashboards, optimize data models, and lead workshops that drive real business impact.
- Enhance and optimize the SQL-based InterAction core data model
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
- Lead client workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting
- Develop calculated columns and measures using DAX
- Advise clients on KPIs, report structures, and visualizations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting outputs
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization)
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in data analytics or data science
- Familiarity with ETL, data integration, and warehousing
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Data Services
- Microsoft BI certifications
- Experience in consulting or professional services
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
