Based in Philadelphia since 2014, they focus on translating clients&apos needs into functional, visually appealing WordPress and web development
The Role
As a Web Agency Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of our web projects. You will work closely with our founders, development teams, designers, and clients to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan and implement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Client Interaction: Maintain communication with clients to keep them updated on project progress.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure resource availability and allocation, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Deadline Management: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify and resolve issues and risks, implement process improvements, and foster an environment of continuous learning and development.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Proven working experience in project management, specifically in the web development sector.
• Language Skills: Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using project management tools, Google email, and adaptable to new technologies.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of website development, design, and deployment processes.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Light Photoshop (sizing and saving of images for web)
  

Work Schedule:

• Monday- Friday 9pm-1am PH time (4 hours)
  

Work Location:

• Homebased; equipment is provided
