We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Media & Influencer Relationship Manager to build and nurture strong partnerships with media outlets and influencers. This role involves creating collaborative opportunities, managing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with our brand&aposs goals to maximize visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with media representatives, influencers, and content creators across platforms.
- Campaign Coordination: Develop and execute influencer and media campaigns, ensuring deliverables align with brand objectives and timelines.
- Partnerships: Identify and onboard relevant influencers and media partners that align with our brand's voice and target audience.
- Content Development: Collaborate with influencers and media partners to create compelling content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
- Contract Negotiations: Manage agreements with influencers and media partners, including compensation, deliverables, and exclusivity terms.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, preparing reports on ROI, reach, and engagement.
- Event Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers and media partners for events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform algorithms, and emerging media channels.
- KOL Negotiation and Contracting: Contact and negotiate terms with KOLs, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements short and long term, manage contracting processes to formalize collaborations, and work with account teams to process and facilitate timely payment
- Compliance and Documentation: Compile and manage Advertising Standards Council (ASC) requirements when needed, and gather necessary KOL supporting documents for compliance applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of PR agency experience
- Strong network of media contacts and influencer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
