We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute our brand's social media strategy. This position involves managing company LinkedIn, pages, creating engaging content, and ensuring a strong, professional online presence—especially for an American outsourcing company and call center.

Working Shift: Night

Working Hours: 12:00 am -08:00 am

What You'll Do:

Manage and oversee LinkedIn pages, focusing on high-quality content rather than follower growth

Develop and implement a content-driven LinkedIn strategy

Create and schedule fresh blog posts, industry updates, and engaging social media content

Oversee and maintain other social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Monitor trends, track performance, and optimize engagement strategies

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build community and brand loyalty

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing LinkedIn for international companies

Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills

Ability to craft engaging blog posts and social media updates

Experience in social media management for outsourcing companies, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies or similar industries is a plus.
