Program Officer - Excellence Award Unit

Job Description/ Scope of Work

• Manage the portfolio for the Award for Soldiers of the Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipinos program
• Organize and implement various programs, projects, and initiatives related to the program
• Nurture relationships between institutional and program partners, collaborators, and alumni networks
• Spearhead and/or support alumni-related initiatives

Qualifications

·        Degree in Military Science, Social Science, Development Studies, Community Development, or other related fields

·        At least five (5) years of experience in managing/implementing programs and projects

·        Skilled in project management, program administration, and event management

·        Strong communications skills and experience in relationship management

·        Preferably with network in the military

·        Proficient in digital productivity and social communications tools

·        Experienced in managing and facilitating in-person and digital events

·        Must be willing to report on site (Makati City)
