Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist in the development of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details and flexibility adapting Australian standards.
- Prepare presentations and design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Exposure and understanding different architectural construction materials (color selections)
- Communicate with the sales team regarding any design suggestions and 3D model for all rendering requirements in relation to the client requests.
- Work with entire Philippines and offshore team
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Rendering (Lumion/VRay/Enscape), Photoshop and other design software.
- Good oral and written communication skills fluently in the English Language.
- Can deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision
