IMMEDIATE HIRING

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation & Social Media Specialist specializing in Telecommunications services—Hosted Voice, Mobiles, and NBN solutions—to drive lead generation and social media marketing efforts in the SME market. This role focuses on identifying and engaging small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), executing digital marketing strategies, and leveraging online platforms to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies specifically targeting Australian SMEs in need of Hosted Voice and NBN solutions.
  • Identify and engage SME decision-makers through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Utilize Apollo and Sales Navigator to source and qualify high-potential leads.
  • Qualify leads, schedule consultations, and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the SME sector.
  • Create compelling content, including posts, blogs, and ads, tailored for the Australian SME telecom market.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize lead conversion.

Sales & Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with SME owners and key decision-makers.
  • Present Hosted Voice and NBN solutions effectively to demonstrate value and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and customer success strategies.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Stay up to date with Australian telecom industry trends, particularly within the SME landscape.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights to refine marketing and sales approaches.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and digital tools to identify emerging opportunities within the SME sector.

Key Requirements:

✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales within the telecom or IT industry.

✔ Strong knowledge of Hosted Voice, VoIP, NBN, and business internet solutions tailored to SMEs.

✔ Proven expertise in LinkedIn lead sourcing, including advanced proficiency in Apollo and Sales Navigator (minimum 3 years of experience required).

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Familiarity with the Australian SME telecom market and business landscape.

✔ Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to company growth.
