Qualifications: (Internal Hiring)
- Bachelor&aposs degree in any field fo study.
- 2+ years experience in IT sales, business development or services outsourcing.
- Proficient at networking, negotiation and relationship building.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and finalizing high-value deals.
Responsibilities:
- Find and engage with potential clients to sell IT outsourcing services.
- Develop and manage different sales strategies to increase business growth and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research for the identification of new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals which will ultimately lead to sales.
- Negotiate the contracts to their satisfactory finalization.
- Collaborate internally for a smooth client onboarding process.
- Monitor competitive activity and changes in the market to fine-tune strategies for sales.
