Qualifications: (Internal Hiring)

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in any field fo study.
  • 2+ years experience in IT sales, business development or services outsourcing.
  • Proficient at networking, negotiation and relationship building.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and finalizing high-value deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and engage with potential clients to sell IT outsourcing services.
  • Develop and manage different sales strategies to increase business growth and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research for the identification of new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals which will ultimately lead to sales.
  • Negotiate the contracts to their satisfactory finalization.
  • Collaborate internally for a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Monitor competitive activity and changes in the market to fine-tune strategies for sales.
