Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks

• Perform Audit function to assess validity and accuracy of Salesman accountabilities – sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection or status of outstanding AR
• Relieving function where needed to sustain business operations
• Execute trade and LAS programs in both Retail and Wholesale channel to achieve business objectives
  

Skill And Competencies

• College graduate of any course (preferably business related courses)
• Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
• Field sales exposure is an advantage
• Experience in General trade sales in an FMCG company is highly recommended
• Valid driver's license and knows how to drive 2 wheels (motorcycle) and 4 wheels (manual transmission)
  

Work Location: Cauayan or Tuguegarao Sales Office– should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by Cauayan or Tuguegarao Sales Office
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
