  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
  • Write engaging captions, posts, and short-form content
  • Create or coordinate visuals (graphics, photos, videos, reels)
Strategy & Growth
  • Build and execute social media strategies aligned with business or brand goals
  • Grow followers, engagement, and reach organically
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Research competitors and industry trends
Community Management
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions
  • Respond to followers in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage online reputation and handle basic customer inquiries
  • Foster positive community interaction
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, growth)
  • Analyze data to improve future content and strategy
  • Prepare reports and insights for clients or management
Campaigns & Collaboration
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns and launches
  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, or brand partners (when applicable)
  • Work with marketing, design, or content teams
Advertising (if applicable)
  • Set up and manage paid social media ads
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize results
