Core Responsibilities

- Grow followers, engagement, and reach organically
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Research competitors and industry trends
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions
- Respond to followers in a timely and professional manner
- Manage online reputation and handle basic customer inquiries
- Foster positive community interaction
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, growth)
- Analyze data to improve future content and strategy
- Prepare reports and insights for clients or management
- Plan and manage social media campaigns and launches
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, or brand partners (when applicable)
- Work with marketing, design, or content teams
- Set up and manage paid social media ads
- Monitor ad performance and optimize results
