A core responsibility of this role is to create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . This means documenting a clear, step-by-step guide for recurring tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating these SOPs as procedures evolve, ensuring the documentation always reflects the most current and effective methods. What You'll Do: Answering phone calls. Onboarding clients. Follow up calls. Manage follow throughs. General office work. Dispatching jobs in Service Fusion (Experience in software not required but dispatching exp is preferred). What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience): Must have a clear, professional speaking voice for phone work. Must be \"tech-savvy\" enough to learn a complex CRM/Dispatching platform. Capacity to guide new clients through a set process, ensuring all necessary documentation and data are collected online (not required but preferred). GHL experience is a must.
