Job Overview
- We are looking for experienced Barbers/Hair Stylists to join our team in multiple branches. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in hairstyling, preferably in medium to large salons, and have undergone technical training. As a Barber/Hair Stylist, you will provide high-quality haircuts and styling services to clients, while maintaining professionalism, good communication, and an excellent customer service attitude.
- Provide exceptional haircuts, styles, and grooming services for clients.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon and workstations.
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and styling tools.
- Offer product recommendations and advice to clients.
- Work as part of a team, providing a positive experience for every customer.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for clients.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Hairstylist.
- Ideally experienced in medium to large salons with in-house training.
- Has undergone technical training in hairstyling.
- Good communication skills and a professional manner.
- Exceptional personality: sociable, friendly, polite, and approachable.
- Able to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Must have initiative, be adaptable, and pay excellent attention to detail.
