Job Summary:

Overall responsible in the performance of the HR Solutions – Process Leads, and Associates. Main task is to ensure high level of Client Engagement that leads to customer satisfaction and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains good business relationship with clients.
  • Conducts periodic client visits and manages customer expectations.
  • Performs business development functions in pursuing leads in 'up-selling' existing or additional HR service facilities to the client.
  • Addresses payroll-related escalated disputes, concerns and issues.
  • Enforces the execution of the approved operational plans with the team.
  • Reviews and re-engineers existing operational systems, processes and procedures to improve efficiency and increase output
  • Sets and implements strategic objectives to achieve growth and revenue targets
  • Controls operational expenses to maintain the amounts within budget.
  • Performs management reporting functions.
  • Oversees the integrity of payroll accounts. Ensures accuracy of the process and generated reports.
  • Conducts performance appraisal of staff in the team and makes recommendations for staff development.
  • Forecasts revenue of the team.
  • Prepares ad hoc operations reports as requested by the management.
  • Oversees compliance on business rules on all payroll processing of the group.
  • Coordinates with clients on incidents, payroll issues or additional/modified instructions.

Baseline Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year business and business-related course
  • More than 8 years of experience in Payroll and customer solutions management
  • Worked in Payroll Outsourcing company
  • Amenable to work onsite (at One Montecarlo Building II, Corrales Avenue - Hayes Street, Cagayan de Oro City
  • Can start ASAP
