Role Summary
The Business Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the CEO and leadership team by managing administrative tasks, optimizing business processes, analyzing data, and preparing actionable insights. This role ensures operational efficiency and supports strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.

What You Get
- Hourly Pay: $10.00-$15.00 (USD) Paid Weekly
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 5% of wages (Effective 2025 calendar year)

- Paid Holidays: 7 Days
- Executive & Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate meetings, handle logistics, and streamline communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project & Task Management: Track multiple assignments, follow up on delegated tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Data Review & Insights: Analyze reports and assist in decision-making by presenting data in a clear, actionable format.
- Event & Travel Coordination: Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and company events as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in administrative workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of integrity.
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (supporting C-level executives preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and presenting insights.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with near-native English proficiency.
- Tech-savviness, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Reliable work-from-home setup with a quiet and distraction-free environment.
