Overview:

As a Lending Business Analyst, you will use your analytical and strategy/project management skills in managing data and solving complex business problems of the bank. You will help the business leverage data to drive recommendations and solutions in achieving business targets for the SME lending segment.

What you will do:

• Oversee and manage strategies and innovation plans for SME loans
• Addressing commercial requirements of the lending products to ensure profitability
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, product, and sales teams to ensure product market fit
• Use appropriate data analytics techniques to address identified business problems and evaluate portfolio performance.
• Interpret data and provide valuable insights to identify opportunities for bank customers
• Coordinate with IDEA for dashboard requirements.
• Assist the business leads in managing the lending portfolio.

What we looking for:

• Must be a graduate of BS Business Management, Business Administration, or related programs
• Must have experience in segment management, program management, or product management
• Strong background in business development is preferred
• Knowledge in Tableau or similar data visualisation software is an advantage
• Strong Communication Skills
