Responsibilities
  • Understand client requirements
  • Source candidates using database, social media etc.
  • Assume responsibility of phone interview screening
  • Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
  • Create good relationships with job seekers/candidates
  • Manage end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, assessment and relevant checks
  • Manage recruitment channels (e.g., Job Portals, social media etc.)
  • Collaborate with and provide recruitment support to management
  • Take effective and detailed job briefs
  • Source key talent and build talent pipelines
  • Promote and maintain brand reputation through candidate care and experience
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs
  • Completion of all other reasonable duties as requested by management
  • Develop new business by doing cold and/or warm calling, presenting the company's profile and services, and submitting the generated leads to the Head of Recruitment.
  • Achieve set recruitment KPIs and targets whilst ensuring that clients and candidates are receiving the best quality service.
  • Administrative duties such as formatting of CVs, first point of contact via telephone/email queries, and any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Recruitment or the Executive Managing Director.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks)
  • Experience in Admin, Scheduling, Email Management and Database Management
  • Experience using any recruitment platforms/portals
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
