FP&A Analyst / Corporate Financial Planner

We are seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst / Corporate Financial Planner with 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set in financial modeling and reporting, with a preference for candidates with real estate experience or exposure to secondary verticals such as private equity or hedge funds. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter mentality, and a hunger for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of the company's financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial models to support strategic decision-making, investment analysis, and business planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze performance metrics, and identify key insights to drive business performance.
- Generate regular and ad hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into financial trends and performance drivers.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess the potential impact of various business decisions and market conditions.
- Support the evaluation of investment opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and capital projects, through financial modeling and due diligence.
- Continuously improve financial planning and analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
- 2-5 years of experience as an FP&A analyst, preferably in real estate or related industries such as private equity or hedge funds.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, with advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
