Assist the Station Manager/Terminal Manager/Duty Manager in managing and monitoring operational

performance of the Station.

What you will do:

• Ensures that 1Aviation's Vision, Mission and Values are achieved.

• Ensure the station's workforce, funds and equipment are sufficient to support daily operations.

• Promotes and ensures compliance to Quality, Safety, Security and Customer Service standard based on regulatory requirements, government laws, acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedures.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented.

• Conduct daily briefings/de−briefings and assist the Station Manager/Duty Manager in cascading Station Notices and Memos for all personnel.

• Alternate to the Station Manager/Duty Manager in coordinating with concerned stations and departments (e.g. NCC/HCC), for planned/unplanned flight delays/disruptions and aircraft changes.

• Monitors station facilities (e.g., airport system/gate and counter FIDS/baggage conveyors) and reports the same to the Airport Management, Station Manager and Duty Manager.

• Assists in managing day−to−day disruptions within authorized parameters and established policies and escalate to higher station management, items beyond his authority.

• Ensures that his/her shift requirements in terms of resources, facilities and supplies are sufficient and equipment is operational. Any inoperative facilities are reported and monitored if acted upon by the proper department.

• Prepares and submits required reports to the Duty Manager/Station Manager.

• Provides corrective and preventive actions to discrepancies and delays charged to his/her assigned areas.

• Attend and provide operational enhancements during Station meetings. Ensures that the safety and security of guests and personnel within the operations area are maintained.

• Coordinate with concerned stations and departments on passenger and ramp related concerns.

• Identify and eliminate any safety hazards, safety issues or unsafe practices.

• Performs specific functions that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.

An Ideal Candidate for this role should possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree holder

• At least 2 years' experience in the related field

• Ability to elicit confidence and build rapport among colleagues.

• Attentive to quality and details.

• Good analytical and decision−making skills.

• Service and goal oriented

• Good command of the English language

• Incident Reporting
