RESOURCE MANAGEMEN OFFICER / SAP DELAWARE RECRUITER

The RMO/ SAP Delaware Recruiter is primarily responsible in assisting the Business Development Officer/Partner in the End to End Delivery of the Client Requirements in terms of Resource Management, Policies and Procedures Development, Talent Sourcing and Pooling, Service Delivery Management, and Helpdesk Functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Support the end-to-end recruitment process by understanding requirements, matching qualified candidates, and identifying potential opportunities.
·Perform extensive candidate sourcing by managing job posting via recruitment portals, selected social media networks, and other possible channels.
·Interviewing applicants, assessing qualifications, and discussing candidate's career objectives.
·Assist in the performance of the initial steps of recruitment for IT posts specifically in the sourcing of & test administration for candidates.
·Maintains up-to-date candidates profile in our in-house recruitment database accurately and in a timely manner.
·Creativity to create strategic hiring initiatives and offerings to attract applicant.
·Develop, maintain and place job advertisements in various recruitment and talent acquisition portals.
HR/ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS
Resource Management
1.Ensures compliance of all resources to company policies.
2.Provide advice, recommendations and support the management of disciplinary actions and grievance issues.
3.Provide basic counselling to resources having performance related obstacles.
4.Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers.
Document Management
1.Champions processing and updating of internal and external files for Resources and Clients.
2.Tracks and coordinates internal documents within the company.
3.Maintains HR records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Timekeeping
1. Monitor daily attendance of resources
2. Investigate and understand causes for resource absences.
3. Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
4. Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
5.May assist to payroll process and pay slip creation.
Qualifications: -Bachelors Degree -with experience in Administrative task. -with good organization skills -keen eye to details -With pleasing personality
