About the Role

Sunpride Foods, Inc. is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Pakna‑an Mandaue City Cebu. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing, procurement, and inventory management processes to ensure the efficient and cost‑effective delivery of goods and materials required for our manufacturing operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and procure the necessary raw materials, equipment, and services required for production
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Manage and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues
• Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages, and implement strategies to minimize disruptions to production
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Analyze procurement data, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and make recommendations to improve the overall procurement process
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of procurement‑related expenses

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of any 4‑year course
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Has sourcing, canvassing and driving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
