Job Summary
The Solutions Architect plays a critical role in designing, optimizing, and scaling technology solutions that enable business automation and data-driven decision-making.
This role is responsible for creating the overall systems design for automation applications, data warehouse environment, and future software implementations.
The architect is expected to be hands-on, able to create prototypes, own and troubleshoot low-code platforms, and support solution rollouts in collaboration with developers, business analysts, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate is experienced in solution design, cost optimization of cloud services, and technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end solutions for automation platforms, internal tools, and data systems deployed on cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS EC2).
- Define reusable solution patterns, technology standards, and integration blueprints that support automation, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Create functional prototypes and initial code scaffolding to support business analysts and accelerate developer implementation.
- Act as platform owner for key low-code and RPA platforms; provide troubleshooting support and integration guidance.
- Collaborate with Full-Stack Developers and Business Analyst to develop architecture diagrams, process flows, and documentation.
- Recommend, implement, and maintain cloud architecture improvements to optimize cost and performance of deployments.
- Lead design reviews and technical validation of proposed solutions from internal teams or vendors.
- Ensure all systems are designed with appropriate levels of security, maintainability, and compliance.
- Continuously assess and evolve the automation and data architecture to align with business priorities.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution design or technical architecture, with proven experience in hands-on prototyping and system troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated expertise in architecting web applications, data pipelines, and automation workflows.
- Proficient in cloud services (AWS preferred), especially EC2, S3, IAM, and related architecture decisions.
- Strong experience with modern programming languages such as Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience in front-end and back-end development (able to create code prototypes and technical spikes).
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zoho Creator, Power Automate, or similar).
- Experience in RPA platforms or scripting automation for business processes is a plus.
- Ability to create architectural diagrams, decision records, and solution documentation collaboratively with business teams.
- Exposure to containerization, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, cross-functional mindset.
