Purpose of the role: Perform data analytics related to ZP performances as per contractual requirements of clients. Identify trends and critical issues impacting ZP performances and facilitate improvement and achievement of business objectives.

He/she also will assist the Senior Process Lead in collecting, consolidating and processing performance results and providing timely reports.

At times, will be required to directly coordinate/contact ZP clients to discuss projects, resolve issues and the like.

Job Responsibilities

• Collects, consolidates and processes company internal and/or Client-facing performance weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, such as KPI, OTIF, Backorder, etc.

• Assists in collecting, understanding and interpreting data collected and presenting conclusions in charts, graphs or spreadsheets for ease of understanding and presentation in the Regional Clients Business Review meetings.

• Assists Senior Process Lead in coordinating with Business Units as well as other Teams on Root-Cause analysis and resolution of issues affecting KPI performances.

• Assists Senior Process Lead in facilitating process standardization across Business Units following best practices reviewed and support in developments of new reports/automation that may arise as a result of the review.

• Supports in the KPI/OTIF related reports transition/enhancement and projects (e.g. Legacy to SAP; BOBJ to Tableau).

• Supports Regional Operations in GRC-related requests.

• Acts as the KPI/OTIF Regional Document Controller.

• Attends to Regional related requests/inquiries by Clients and Zuellig Business Units.

• Undertakes special assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Graduate of any Science or Engineering course (preferably Business, Engineering, IT) with strong exposure to information technology.
• Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or distribution operations.
• Previous experience in the documentation, establishment, maintenance, and improvement of KPIs and Process Standards.
• Knowledge in quality tools (basic statistics, process mapping, statistical process control).
• Experience in SAP Systems.
• Knowledge in Project Management and Business Analysis.
• Stakeholder Management skill is an advantage.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent English written and oral skills.
