Job description:
This is a hybrid role based in any office across the Philippines. Candidates must be willing to work onsite for three (3) days and remotely for two (2) days each week.
Shift: Between 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Responsibilities
Client Database administration
- Setup of Clients
- Updating Client Information
- Archiving clients
· Mailing and ensuring signed documents are returned
ATO reporting
- Generation of ATO reports to send to managers for external providers
- Generation of ATO and draft emails to clients of outstanding lodgements or payment
- Download and send correspondence to managers
ASIC Management
- Monitor of Company annual payments and follow ups to clients
- Saving of annual Company statements and checking company information is correct
Filing
- Daily filing
- Create files
- Organising files
- Retrieval of information
- Archiving
Administration Responsibilities
- Complete accurate timesheets daily
- Ensure that all work is error-free and professionally presented and complies with Future Accounting's procedures and systems
- Participate in external and internal training as required
- Other duties as requested
Qualification and requirements:
Software Experience highly regarded:
- Karbon
- NowInfinity
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Min of 2 years experience in working with Australian Accounting firms
- Excellent customer service knowledge
- Software Experience Required:
- Xero knowledge including XeroPM
- Experience with Annature
- Excellent use of Microsoft 365 – Excel, Sharepoint, Word, Powerpoint etc
