Responsibilities
  • Assist in mass data corrections and updates in Wave or related systems.
  • Process pending data entries or updates flagged during migration to Wave.
  • Support the validation, reconciliation, and rectification of migrated records.
  • Review and correct discrepancies identified in system-generated reports.
  • Perform manual updates and adjustments to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Assist in generating summary reports or logs of corrections made.
  • Maintain organized records of completed tasks for future reference or audit.
  • Provide administrative support, manage schedules, assist in correspondence, and ensure office organization.
Deliverables and Qualifications
  • Timely and accurate completion of assigned manual data corrections and processing tasks.
  • Reports summarizing resolved discrepancies and highlighting unresolved issues.
  • Maintenance of an organized log of completed work.
  • Maintenance of their daily timesheets of activities daily.
  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong English language skills, excellent written communication, and solid organizational abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard hours, requiring attention to detail.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
